Strategic Plan

Hilliard House's Board of Directors is very active in ensuring the organization's progression. Through strategic planning, goals for Hilliard House's future were determined in conjunction with Homeward's Ten Year Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness in the Richmond Region. The chart below indicates the first steps set forth by Hilliard House's board members in participation of Homeward's plan.
